Handling & Care for your Chill Factor Performance Products:
First Time Use:
Step 1: Shake the wrap or pad distributing the super-absorbent dry crystals through the channels evenly. Soak your wrap in a sink, tub, or bucket at room temperature drinkable- water until fully inflated (up to 1 hour larger item may need more). ***If you use ICEWATER it will take longer to activate so don't***
Step Two: Once the crystals swell with water, knead and re-distribute the crystals evenly.
Step Three: Remove activated product from water, let drip dry or wipe with dry cloth. DO NOT SQUEEZE! Once the excess water is absorbed, the product will not drip water. For best results place in ice cooler or refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before use. Your activated product is now ready place on application. DO NOT FREEZE! This will destroy the super absorbent crystals
Step Four: Wash after every use with antibacterial soap.
Daily Use: After a few days, the wraps will deflate. Repeat steps one, two and three to re-activate and cool.
Cleaning: Wash wraps, pads or other activated product in soapy water using gentile broad strokes on both sides. Rinse under running water. Hang to dry or refrigerate
Storage: Do not store in closed containers or on top of each other. Avoid leaving in water for extended periods pad will continue to inflate while in water. Never use under any safety helmet or hardhat.
DO NOT FREEZE!
This will destroy the super absorbent crystals.
Crystals are non-toxic. Non-flammable. Biodegradable.

Chill Factor has the right to void any warranty on any product that has been misused or mishandle or returned defective that cannot be resold or repaired. We will repair or replace at our discretion any Chill Factor product following receipt of the part, provided our inspection indicates defective material or workmanship.
This warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness.
