Chill Factor’s Pads and wraps are activated with water and ice or a cold refrigerator and will not leave dripping water on the vehicle. When not in use they will begin to dry out in several days, evaporating to their original state & ready to be activated when needed.It will not leave dripping liquid on your vehicle. When used with bags of ice, our products will act like a towel, absorbing the water so it will not leave residue on your vehicle's parts.
