Specific requirements for submitting digital multicolor art:
All multicolor work must be Vector based & Created in Adobe Illustrator or Corell Draw.
Correct Non Pixilated Incorrect-Pixilated
● Adobe Illustrator:
· Acceptable file formats: ai,.eps, or pdf. (all files must be able to be edited in Adobe Illustrator)
· Convert All Text to outlines.
● Corel Draw:
· Acceptable file formats: .cdr (version 10.0 or lower)
· Convert ALL TEXT to curves.
Please note: Please do not place any pixel-based art such as .tiff, jpg, gif or bmp into Photo Shop and save it as as AI, EPS,PDF, PS or as any other file thats in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw this will not work.
*Please do not send: Any of the following file formats: gif, jpg, bmp, doc, dat
If artwork is submitted to us in a non-specified format and cannot be used, you will be charged an additional artwork conversion fee

Question: I can only find a small picture, gif, jpg, bmp, doc or dat: can you still use the art?
A: If you are still unable to supply artwork that meets our requirements or you are unsure about the art you are trying to send, Chill Factor Performance can re-create the art for you at an additional charge.

Question:I dont have proper artwork what options do I have?
A: Locate the largest and cleanest version of your art. Squarely place your art on a clean desktop scanner. Set your scanner to scan at 300-400 dpi and save your file as tiff with no LZW compression. Email us the file for evaluation or send it to us by courier.
